Terms of Use

• Platform: the website, applications, programming interfaces and game servers made available under the Cronos Go brand.
• User: the individual who accesses the Platform, on their own behalf or as a member of an Organization.
• Organization: the team, club or company registered on the Platform, represented by its manager.
• User Content: match files (demos), notes, training materials, images, voice recordings and other information sent to the Platform.
• Analyses: reports, dossiers, statistics and answers generated by the Platform, including with the use of artificial intelligence.

The Platform is intended for persons over 18, or adolescents aged 16 or older with the authorization of their legal guardian, who will be responsible for the acts performed on the account.

Access is through Google sign-in and subject to prior approval by Matriz SA, which may request identification data (CPF or CNPJ and phone number) to validate the registration. The User guarantees the accuracy of the information provided and undertakes to keep it up to date.

The account is personal and non-transferable. The User is responsible for safeguarding their credentials and for all activity in their session, and must immediately report any unauthorized use.

The manager of an Organization decides which Users have access to it and with which permissions, and is responsible for the access they grant or maintain.

Content produced in an Organization's space belongs to it and is not shown to other Organizations. Public information, such as the team catalog, rankings and statistics from external platforms, may be shown to all Users.

The features available depend on the plan contracted (Player, Coach or Organization). Prices, billing period and conditions of each plan are informed before contracting.

Where charges apply, payments will be processed by specialized payment providers, and Matriz SA does not store full card data. Non-payment may result in the limitation or suspension of paid features.

Purchases made online may be cancelled within 7 (seven) days with a full refund, under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

User Content remains owned by the User or their Organization. The User grants Matriz SA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license, limited to the life of the account, to store, process and display that content solely to provide the contracted services.

The User declares that they hold the necessary rights to the content they submit. Recording the voice of third parties requires the prior consent of each participant, and the Organization must obtain it before enabling the feature.

Some Analyses are produced with the help of artificial intelligence models, based on match data. Whenever possible, the Platform shows the part of the match that supports each finding.

Analyses are informational and intended to support decisions. They may contain inaccuracies and do not replace the technical judgment of the coach or staff. Matriz SA is not responsible for sporting results obtained from them.

The User may not, among other unlawful conduct:

• accessing or attempting to access data of other Organizations, or circumventing security and authentication mechanisms;
• reverse engineering, automated data extraction or intentional overloading of the Platform;
• reselling, sublicensing or making the service available to third parties without written authorization;
• using the game servers for purposes other than practice and matches;
• submitting unlawful, offensive or discriminatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

The Cronos Go brand, software, interfaces, analysis models and other elements of the Platform are owned by Matriz SA and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant the User only a personal, revocable and non-transferable license to use the Platform while the account is active.

Cronos Go is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike and Steam are registered trademarks of Valve Corporation. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Matriz SA makes reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, game updates and third-party services may temporarily affect operation.

Features may be added, changed or discontinued. Relevant changes will be communicated with reasonable notice through the Platform's channels.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matriz SA is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of opportunity arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, nor for failures of third-party services integrated with it.

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights guaranteed to consumers under Brazilian law.

The User may request account closure at any time. Matriz SA may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law, with notice to the User, unless immediate suspension is necessary to protect the Platform or third parties.

After termination, data will be handled according to the periods described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date is shown at the top of this page. In the event of a material change, the User will be notified and may be asked to accept again to keep using the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the consumer User's domicile shall have jurisdiction over any disputes; in other cases, the courts of the seat of Matriz SA.
